My comment is true; take a look a the previous round(s) of CBA's; you can see who went first, because each subsequent one took a concession from the previous ones (or tried to).

And RR is unfortunately already in some CBAs. In fact, in HA's the language is actually /worse/ than what they have here. That sucks, and you might not care, but I do. P.Rez and CB won't say it here, but I'll bet the Tempe brain trust has at least workshopped ways to get it on your JCBA...

The company so far has only attempted to introduce the weakest language of the two contracts which obviously if one side has stronger language would be considered concessionary.

Haven't heard squat (from the updates) that they have tried to introduce any new/old bad language.

Are you now trying to sell fear like Nelson does? I'll swing the bat against the fear mongering if that's what you're trying to throw.

And I've "thought" about Jennifer Anniston a lot too. Certainly doesn't mean I have a shot though.
