I'm going to rip the IAM's head off. I was being very very nice before. It's what I do.Tim did you get the ax due to your opposition of the IAMPF and voicing your opinion to the Jetblue and DL organizing?

The weasel is a bobblehead but I like him, so anything I mention about weasel will be in good taste.Tim next video put some Weaasles bobble-heads in the background we will get the meaning
With the new contract you are going to be TWU anyway so why notTim Nelson said:I'm going to rip the IAM's head off. I was being very very nice before. It's what I do.
Let's hope they do their job and bring us a fair agreement and stop blowing smoke. Cripes, first I heard May, then summer, then September, now late fall. The only timetable i'm going to keep is that if they are still BSing and haven't finished the job before Christmas then I'm going to mobilize a new union. Period. One that is modeled after our stews and pilots and enough of this outside 3rd party idiots representing us when we can be like 95% of all other union people and have our own union. With the new contract you are going to be TWU anyway so why not
If there is nothing by the fall they should tell us what exactly the company wants from us. I know this is against the IAM negotiating policy but we deserve to know. Like you said this isn't section 6 negotiationsTim Nelson said:Let's hope they do their job and bring us a fair agreement and stop blowing smoke. One thing I am sure about 100% is that almost the entire membership hates this Association. Many have a bad taste since the TWU and IAM C Blocked us from voting and now have cut their own deals and have further delayed our $925 a month. We want the golden ticket and they don't seem to have it. I may have to run a campaign to insert foot really really deep up the Association arse by tossing out some cards for another union that mean "Sign card and collect $30 an hour".
Worldport you said that you doubted that we could have our own specific medical plan if the company had everyone else in the same plans? Read this from the AFA for UAL.Worldport said:If there is nothing by the fall they should tell us what exactly the company wants from us. They only got "hammered" because of the two differences in Lead Classifications: sUA Leads were topped out when they upgraded, and were sent to the bottom of the classification. So the upgraded topout softened the blow. sCO Leads did not topout. They only gained 1.75 extra. When I became a Lead many years ago, I kept my full seniority and was positioned relative to the rest of the Leads in the hub. So I did not lose any time and kept my entry into the classification. Some people were allowed to downgrade and upgraded back to Lead to to meet the need for Leads. (Some people could not hack the job) Javits had to take this into account and came up with a decision that the sCO people kept their seniority of entry to the ramp as their Lead date, and not entry to the classification, since a lot of the company records (??????) was not clear on many people since some had different classification dates (ie: coming over from Chelsea & TOPS). Some people did get screwed because some seniority dates weren't honored, and people in a sUA or sCO dominated hub, had to be blended. This was the only solution. No one really "won" over the other, and IMHO, thought it was fair. Now the sUA system remains where if you now upgrade to Lead, you get sent to the bottom of the Classification, but do not top out. That's why senior people won't take the job. IMHO, it gives some good junior people the chance to upgrade, and many are some damn good leads, in my hub. But in every job, there are some sorry ones as well (who are senior too)Tim Nelson said:yet we just hired a 3rd party, paid by the Ass to screw up our seniority. Javitz hammered the sUA leads.
Gonna have to change your name to RealityCk. Thank you for the input from someone who again actually works for UAL.T5towbar said:They only got "hammered" because of the two differences in Lead Classifications: sUA Leads were topped out when they upgraded, and were sent to the bottom of the classification. Just wanted to clear that one up.
You think going to the bottom of the classification is good? What incentive would a 10 year man have to go to lead. If we had that here literally new hires would be put in the lead position. Also what the he!! is "Blended"Sounds to me 1 from one group then 1 from another group doing it that way a 10 year man from LUS but be ahead of you in MIA. How is it a half truth? Just because the union signs off on it,it's ok?Don't you have a tent to set up or something?700UW said:Tim the master of half truths and misinformation.
Thanks T5 for clearing up another one of tim's lies.
Weez I said I doubted and I still do. I hope I'm wrong I also hope we have a chance to find out in the near future. It doesn't look like it though does it?WeAAsles said:Worldport you said that you doubted that we could have our own specific medical plan if the company had everyone else in the same plans? you notice the part about "nobody senior takes it" was ignored? also it was mentioned that some were screwed? but its all good if the union says soWorldport said:You think going to the bottom of the classification is good? Talk about half truths, they also don't answer certain question that might slight the union. That's what gets me about the union they think they are talking to idiots. They say get involved, but believe me they are grateful most are apatheticcltrat said:you notice the part about "nobody senior takes it" was ignored? also it was mentioned that some were screwed? but its all good if the union says so
