So forget it then, drop it. They don't have to live up to your expectations when it's you who needs an "employment contract" at your airline. My opinion is you need them more than they need you. Spin your wheels and keep looking for someone you think is the right shoe size then.

Why on earth would any Delta ramper sign an IAM card only to lose ALL 5,000 cargo jobs, and 90% of all stations if not more? Then be saddled with negotiations that could take 7-10 years prior to getting any raise and also having their profit sharing plan frozen? Are you out of your mind?

Delta rampers are not that stupid so the IAM ramp organizing is dead. However, if it ever did get a second life, I would do all I could to educate the Delta brothers and sister rampers into knowing how much risk the I'll Ask Management Labor Consultant group really is. It's much better for them to choose their own independent than going with management's buddy.

Why would the Association allow the company to be a part of an agreement that hires Javits? The company should NOT be a party to this seniority issue. The MBA clearly makes this an issue of the Labor Representative. According to Javits, he was hired by agreement with the company and Association. Folks, that is absolute treason.

I'll take a stab at this one. The company could care less about who jumps who in seniority but the company wants this list to be completed asap. Greasing Javits palm by helping to flip the bill will accomplish that as Javits will no longer be neutral but be contracted out in the interest of those who hired him. Not surprised that Javits admitted that management was part of his agreement. Are you planning a video to update the membership regarding this?
