This page isn't what it used to be. Maybe 12 or 13 posters left on here, and the posts usually end up being taken over by bullying from 700 or your best friend WeAAsles.
Sorry if I won't let Nelson and his cronies dominate the page. Nelson is a ramp agent on a pier in Chicago. The only talks he's involved in is telling the part timer who works with him how many carts to bring back.

The only 2 posters who come on this board to answer questions who are 100% credible because they are Negotiators in the room are:

Charlie Brown and P. Rez

BTW Other People is Nelson. "Greasing Javits Palm" Only Nelson writes like a washed up 70's male porn star.

Tim what is this seniority "Blending" they speak of ,also does this development delay a possible T/A
When 3rd parties get involved in seniority questions, especially 3rd parties who have been in arbitration roles, you never know what to expect escept a complete cluster F.

Has nothing to do with a TA, or it shouldn't. Seniority can be worked out months or years after a TA, but it appears that they want to fit 10 lbs of potato's in a 5 lb bag by rushing seniority quickly. There is a reason why the company got involved with his hiring. Disappointing indeed.

Tomorrow is Friday. Hopefully we will find out any updates n hopefully it'll be good news

Very good point Tim.

I'll take a stab at this one. The company could care less about who jumps who in seniority but the company wants this list to be completed asap. Greasing Javits palm by helping to flip the bill will accomplish that as Javits will no longer be neutral but be contracted out in the interest of those who hired him. Not surprised that Javits admitted that management was part of his agreement. Are you planning a video to update the membership regarding this?
^^^This^^^

Really no more to add other than a video that explains why the company wants to get involved, who Javits is, and why the Association wanted to bring in a 3rd party.

I have a question, I have a question. Pick me.

Tim when are you going to bring "Josh" back out from mothballs?

Sometimes it was very funny when you argued and debated against yourself.

Regards
Josh

Yes exactly. I agree with myself 100%

I think all of you are missing the meaning behind this third party, the seniority thing for fleet, as possibly MX had been worked out. The third party is to give an opinion on whether or not it was done in the most fair manor possible.

Is that because of infighting or is the association doubting itself?

Okay, so what will be the litmus test to determine what the "most fair manner" is?

Remember, there's something like 12-13 methods of integration that meet the legal threshold of "fair and equitable" under M-B...

I'm sure Kev agrees with you 100%.
Weez what have your "contracts" got for you in the last ten years or so?Kev is making a lot more than us right now and as you have stated here a zillion times  we will be getting more because delta raised the ante. Their employees went through the bankruptcy and actually came out better off than us.

Ask Kev how many of those high paid people Delta has been transitioning out for all sorts of bogus reasons and that should answer your question.

Maybe Klemm can travel on the IAM Corporate jet for the seniority mobilizations, as he did during the UA ratification.

There are numerous issues with maintenance, tie breaker, premium seniority and the whole title deal as US doesn't have itand AA does. At US you keep seniority in all classifications in maintenance, at AA you don't.

Ramp is only two issues.

It's simply amazing that many of you don't know the seniority agreement and haven't read t.

Seniority is dovetailing, read the agreement it's only two years old.
