Of course it's taking way too long. The "COMPANY" could have presented our guys with a full reasonable comprehensive response to our proposal on day 1.

Obviously "they" are the ones who "chose" not to do that.

I won't criticize my Union "publicly" no. That's not my style. Occasionally you might see a soft public whack though.

We agree its taking to long you say it's the company fault I think its a combination of both. Its going to be hard for you that I say this, so a few stupid morons is ok. I think the Association and 2 unions separately have more fence mending than the company at least with me. They got off on the wrong foot  not letting us vote
