It is my understanding that the Port Auth of NY & NJ has been after B6 to come to EWR for a long time. I also understand that several incentives have been thrown B6's way form the Port. As far as gates, HP is under intense presure to MOVE ASAP over to USAirways Gates so that B6 can start work in EWR.
