Thanks for the update EC. I thought they had caught up some, but I guess not. Little worry about a bunch of airline pilots when there are people's rights are at stake.

Two questions.

What is going on with contract negotiations?

Anybody have the appeals board election results? the actual numbers total. I heard some round numbers and thought well that is very strange. something fishy with the results?

Since the true and rightous path is with you why the worry? After all the west has lost. The 9th said so, usAPA has told us that.

It's to bad Cleary won't be in charge the day the APA votes itself off the property for the true union...usAPA. Pilots for Pilots, maybe Seham can come back to advise us again.

That judge placing the injunction on usAPA, was he insane or senile, I lost my score card.

Marginalized is the term I think, poor Hummel and good ol'Dewitt missed that.

I feel safe knowing the west is still being monitored by the FOC'rs.

I don't think she shares our sense of urgency. The justice system operates on the same clock as my doctor and the Department of Motor Vehicles. I guess we just wait.

Yep...Pretty much my thoughts there as well. This will likely take some time. I can only imagine that Judge Silver sat down to a crushing overload of cases after unexpectedly being assigned her new position.

I only know what you know, what has been published.

With the contract negotiations I guess you would have to find someone in the APA.

Contract negocitations?

None. They were cancelled last week. The APA was working out a deal with American. Leaving usapa out in the cold with nothing to do and noe one to talk to.

Just guessing here but I am thinking Move2 was hired prior to Franke and fodase was hired after Franke left. Could be wrong though. but I am certain claxsucker and his usapa scab buddies like Cleary, Bradford etc. are the divergent psychopaths Parker can easily ignore dealing with.

For instance, claxsucker is now posting that the merger is lost, that usapa is going to come out against with a WSJ ad. As if usapa was asked for their opinion in the first place.

Just another clueless usapa scab who has no idea of the position he is in.
