June - US Pilots Labor Discussion

Hawkhunter, the western group is by the day realizing the Nic was never implemented, and the USS Nicolau has sailed into the sunset and on to the rocks. They are extremely agitated, especially by the Kirby statements. The only ones who still swear by the Nicolau are the lawyers who urge them on in their billings. The same ones who pushed them into their ill timed suit with Addington. Talk about legal blunders. They even got their judge in Arizona in hot water with that one. Everyone had egg on their faces with that little adventure.

That was too funny when Wake got spanked!

I agree, if it is the nic like they say and who knows it might be why are they jumping out of windows? Maybe they just like to piss there pants. Well I had my weekly fix of as the nic turns, I will check back in a week or so. Good luck with these angry clowns. LMFAO

Give it a try sport, next time you're in the famous AQP usair inherited sim training. Ask questions and learn the aircraft you're paid to fly safely. Most importantly useast1...think outside the box maybe soon out of business usapa has put you in.

OTTER

"Ask questions and learn the aircraft you're paid to fly safely." Wow! Now that's a truly brilliant and orginal thought! Who'd a' ever thunk ta' otherwise do that? Is it now your smarmy implication that Captain Sullenberger was grossly deficient in his professional knowledge?...Given that you're already taking issue with his performance...?

In other words, while you're fine casting vague aspersions towards people who performed brilliantly, under extreme pressure, in a real life or death situation....you, yourself have nothing but hot air and complete BS to offer...coupled with just some vague notions of simulator crap?...Spare us all here. I believe that all can now clearly see what you're all about. 😉

Next time you're heroically immersed in "sim training"....don't forget to make sure everyone knows how truly great you are....and...if that fails to utterly awe...just put a few more quarters into the little video game until all is well 😉

The 9th trumps your idiotic organization, and the meddling lawyer.

The company was not part of what the 9th ruled. The companies DJ will clear the way for a party to the TA (company) to continue on it's business without a threat of a major lawsuit.

OTTER

P.S. When Judge Silver rules what the companies responsibilities are in regards to the current TA and it's LIABILITY...please by all means appeal/scream/stomp your feet/hold your breath/ect. Because hopefully, the corrupt cba known as usapa will no longer EXIST.

ahmm how's the bus work again? If your selected speed is less than indicated what thrust are the engines commanded to?

I don't speak Airbus, never have and likely never will need to. Don't miss YOUR chance to shine here though; Tell us all exactly how YOU would have handled that flight "better" than was done in the actual, real world with many lives at at stake?....Why is that, once again,....I find myself thinking "Smoking Hole"....???

Yes, idiot. In the renegotiations, the old TA will become NULL AND VOID.

(Oh, why doesn't the FAA require a high school diploma for an ATP? Of course, PHX would be a ghost town, then.)
Really, so who will negotiate this TA that nullifies our contract terms?
Now think about that carefully, because usapa won't exist.

I'm curious eastus1....You ever wonder why we review past accidents/incidents in this profession? Of course minus your self made EAST BRAVADO... 😉

I don't claim I could have done better, and I am very glad everyone came out ok. I just claim the airspeed was commanded lower than indicated and toga was never applied, I also claim phx maintenance real time data show the engines at idle and not shutdown. Let me be clear, I don't think I could have done better.

And keep in mind, eastus1 brought it up as a SIDEBAR/FUD to continue his usapa propaganda/self made bravado.

Golly!....Yeah!...I've always wondered about that! Sheesh!....Ever been on any accident review board?

Getting crazier by the minute here. Remember, it is just nothing at all........

You brought it up originally. Now? = You just can't justify your wholesale BS in ever doing so. What your personal failings and manifest arrogance have to do with any "usapa propaganda" must remain a mystery....nice "spin" attempt though...

Understood, and you've my proper respect for that perspective. I've certainly no personal fantasies whatsoever of doing "better" had it been my unlucky day as well. What I find absurdly offensive is complete fools that strive to "Monday morning quarterback" anything of that sort, that ended so well.

I'm questioning eastus1 how YOU got on this subject in the first place?

Do you need a Dr. Phil/Ruth/Oprah? Someone else to stroke that misplaced EGO of yours?

Got news for you...usapa may not be around and sooner, not later is the time line I'm seeing.

Certain medications may be a GOOD thing for you...sport.
