Don't worry about me Nic4. I rarely make an appearance here anymore as it is gone absolutely strange. But you have a great time this summer. Around the pool. Shot some nice vid on the goings on during my last layover in PHX. They say it was your place? Say it ain't so!

Hawkhunter, the western group is by the day realizing the Nic was never implemented, and the USS Nicolau has sailed into the sunset and on to the rocks. They are extremely agitated, especially by the Kirby statements. The only ones who still swear by the Nicolau are the lawyers who urge them on in their billings. The same ones who pushed them into their ill timed suit with Addington. Talk about legal blunders. They even got their judge in Arizona in hot water with that one. Everyone had egg on their faces with that little adventure.

Claxon, your eastern group realizes their DOH dream is long dead. They realize the PIC is chasing its tail and no longer pay their assessments. The promises USAPA has made have come and gone unfulfilled. It drives the easterners crazy as the collect their LOA93 paychecks. Talk about wasted years. USAPA has done nothing but help the west. And Mowery is in hot water because he was desperate and decided to impersonate a lawyer.

We all felt sorry for you westies in that May 8th video, it was so pathetic, you all you should be going after Furguson for screwing the whole pilot group, how are those furoughed kids doing with the damages they were promised?
