We all felt sorry for you westies in that May 8th video, it was so pathetic, you all you should be going after Furguson for screwing the whole pilot group, how are those furoughed kids doing with the damages they were promised? And no joint contract. Exactly the worst possible scenario for the Nic. Cleary is a master. You should have known it was iced since 2005. Had it been able to be done, it would have. It can't. The Nic is "status quo?" Really, the east just had a bid for September and a lot of east F/O's will be captains with that bid. And not ONE of the west Nic F/O's (who are Nic senior) have been awarded any of those captain bids. In fact, the bidding was not even open to them.

How in the world anyone can think the Nic is status quo must have been asleep (or drunk) for the past 5 years. Or, simply stupid.

Why the concern over the eastern groups' perceived loss? You realize they actually won, by electing Cleary and USAPA. The Nic was totally thwarted. Now, your worst fear, a merger without a joint contract is reality. There is no Nic because there is no joint contract. There never will be an eastern western contract before the merger. Exactly where Cleary wanted you.
The westerners are palpably alarmed as time marches on. The fears are now realized.

I'd guess it was more an issue of a smokescreen for side stepping liability, as well as covering some "sixes" within what laughably passes for corporate information "security" protocols. Somehow, call me crazy here...I just can't imagine any real concern for, or even much thought given towards those that obtained info they had not the slightest right to have...but rather how to avoid taking even the slightest responsibility for such enormous gaping holes in "security" by management.
