After All, putting East guys with 18 years served behind West new hires got his endorsement. What an idiot, and the rest of you integrity boys went along. You get what you deserve. Especially the righteous Ames

Feel free to provide one example of an AWA new hire placed above an east pilot with 18 years served. Eastus hasn't given me one with an east pilot with 15 years so I really doubt you will find one with 18.

You guys run your mouths all day long and truly say nothing of substance.

Hey sport don't follow your argument here....just looked at the NIC list,,something I haven't done in at least a year.
There are literally dozens of your guys with .1 and .3 years of service intermingled amongst our guys where is shows 17.0 LOS and 17 seniority...and they are not showed as furloughed.
Are we missing some subtle argument you are trying to make????

Provide a name or employee number.

That's the way I read the NIC list also. In fact, I am one of the 17 year, never furloughed. guys with plenty of, still on "probation" new hires ahead of me.

seajay

Really? Provide an employee number.

Ok, luvn,

Fair enough as far as the civil war goes. We each have our beliefs as to where that all lies.

The bottom line is that I am not poking sharp sticks at you and you have no reason to poke them back at me, unless you want a fight......and I am capable of making a good sharp point on the end of a stick.

Pick on someone else......I know this thing is going to play itself out regardless of what you, I, or anyone else does or doesn't do.

breeze

You were poking sharp sticks and you were using your daughter and her illness to do it. Truly and absolutely pathetic!

Yes it does. I/we will forever be your problem. You asked for it. You got it.

Now Ames...no reason to be vindictive...on second thought there are dozens of reasons...but let it go, they will get what is coming to them...

Carmen is a beotch!!

I have a list and it looks like this...

Junior AWE pilot was hired 04/04/2005 and was born in 1971
US pilot one number junior to him was hired 07/18/1988 and born in 1952.

Looks like a differential of almost 17 years to me. Also, look at the age difference! The AWE guy was 34 in 2005 while the US guy was 53.

I don't think anyone from 1988 got furloughed...I thought it was the pilots hired in 1989 and below, but I'm not sure. I'm also not sure what this particular argument was about, but I just can't stand an unanswered question so I poked my nose in.

The west guy 5 numbers senior to that guy was born 4/1958.
The east guy 4 numbers senior to the junior active east guy was born 9/1962.

So what? Age is not a criteria. The arbitrator was asked to merger SENIORITY lists. He was not asked to reorder it by DOB.

To bad but it took 17 years on the east to equal the same seniority as a new hire on the west. And east pilots with less than 17 years had no seniority at all. There was no position for them in the organization.

The whole age thing is nothing but a distraction by the east pilots it means nothing. Tell you what try making the age argumement to the APA. I think you will find them resistant to the idea.

Tell YOU what...I don't really CARE! I was just providing intel. Maybe Ames should have talked to you, huh?

LOL!!!

Which one are you Pi: Beevis or Butthead?

Oh Ames that really stings coming from you, the angriest of the AFOs.

It's really funny when you and your friends say that you will remember us forever and Karma will gets us, you compare us to David and Goliath, name your defense fund AOL. David and Goliath, they were on opposite teams!!!!! We are not. Whatever damages us will damage you. I just don't get that line of thinking.

That would have been outside the scope of his authority, in direct violation of the ALPA C&BLs, and a certain losing DFR.

Probably, but along the same lines as putting the entire east MEC into trusteeship and voting on a contract for us when the TA called for separate ratification, right? Funny how luvn didn't answer, and such a simple question.
