What's new

let's talk ta! or what they get and we don't!

Nothing has changed! Has any body got their ballot in the mail? Who at the international is in charge? I'll bet the international has hidden that person away. A vote no, means only we have to continue to negotiate. The company wants only to scare the hell out of hard working people and families at this company. They are making money as we speak, crying poor to the judge at this time looks pretty weak. If they abrogate, any deal they impose on us lasts only until we leave bankruptcy and negations would resume under the NMB. If we are not settled, it means less money in managements pocket. We must not rollover. We must force the merger on our terms and make the palace dwellers in Dallas take a deal with a lower return than they expected. We must vote no on this insult of a TA and yes on AMFA. Lets hope we can stick together.
Are we supposed to be getting new VIN #'s?

im pretty sure that high speed is Bobby Gless or is it Jeff Brundrage? you know the brick in the back pack guy! overspeed could be Jim Little or Tom Horton or are they all the same people im losing track of whos screwing me more with the biggest smile.....

You don't have 30 yrs of service in Informer, how is this a paycut for you?
I have 27 and by the time 6 years is up over 50% of the Tulsa base will have 30 years. But the TWU has trained you to think that if you don't have something today and were supposed to get it tomorrow and it was given away, then you haven't lost anything. And since you're not retired yet then you won't be losing your retiree medical right? This way of thinking qualifies you for a high level position in the TWU. Of course those who are international boys still enjoy every benefit we used to have as well as a retirement second to none. But this is how a $250K per years international president "Fights like hell." I don't know about you, but this looks to me more like bending over and grabbing your ankles. But that is the TWU way. And we pay them to do this to us!!!! Stores will enjoy their 6 weeks of vacation while we get a week less. I don't know about you, but I think I deserve at least the same benefits that a stock clerk gets. Get ready to hear "You voted for it." every time you ask why it seems that every other work group got better raises and benefits than we got. We are in year 9 of a 5 year deal. How long do you think a 6 year deal will last? Early openers? We had them last time too. A bump in 36 months to match average of United and Delta? I'll believe that when I see it. The bottom line is this is a worse deal than last time and there is only one way to vote and that is NO.

Does one need to register to read this? The hyperlink errors out on my phone when I click on it.

It probably is not formatted for your smart phone. Try it on your computer. You may also need a app to view the letter on your smart phone.

As far as PVs other workers in this industry have DATs. DATS are like PVs except theyfrom the current annuaul allotment and set aside. The company was not interested in that either.
