Agreed!

As a UAL mechanic I have been represented by 3 unions, IAM-AMFA-ibt.

The teamsters are by far the worst. Have no illusions, their organizing dept is formidable I give them full props for that, but the vast majority of it is based on lies and misrepresentation.

I don't see anything changing by going with the teamsters. Honestly, because the two are one in the same I don't even see you getting enough cards signed

A time for a change it is, but the IBT is not the change we want. Ask the ramp people of their failed years of representation from the IBT. Examine their failed pension plan.

We need to fix what we have from within, or select representation from anyone but the IBT.

If there is a merger with AA, your time for a change, and a vote for representation will come soon enough.
