Continental Micronesia(CMI), a subsidiary of CAL, has different transfer policies depending upon the work group. The pilots of CAL and CMI are a single seniority list, therefore they can transfer in and out of the GUM domicile. The FA''s have separate seniority lists, therefore they are "fenced" into their particular company''s FA domiciles. As for mechanics, ramp, and Airport Services employees, I am unsure of what their transfer policies are.
