The gent's being pretty frugal overall. The place is already a two year old dump, that's barely over 5,000 square feet, and he bought in at just under 3 million. It's not like the Palace at Versaille, and there's just no need for the peasants to be gittin' uppity. 🙄

I don't know man. If you live in Scottsdale, you live in a good place in AZ. It's not the size that matters, but living in lush green neighborhoods on a golf corse, keeping the hood rats and Mexicans out.
3 million would get you a palace on the east coast, trust me, he got the equivilient.

Wasn't that guy an ALPA wonk? What's he doing in PHX anyway? Did he do enough polyp exams on management while doing ALPA work to merit a cush job at the head shed?
That was my first thought too. I had a second one though. Phoenix has quite a number of large companies. He could have plans (or hopes) at one of them. Don't know which wat to go honestly.

I'm not prejudging, I thought this AFTER people have run through my backyard TWICE now from police and threw their junk in my pool.
And FYI, illeagle aliens cause the most serious crimes than anybody else in the USA!

Is Isom buying a house in AZ for whatever amount of money any different that any executive in ANY other industry in America? I mean the guy made it through his probation
