New Co Destination From Tus

to be announced saturday. CO is keeping it to themselves as far as destination. Real secret squirrel stuff. It will be with a MD-80 type aircraft supposedly. I'm thinking SEA or CLE. Any guesses?

XJT has hinted that some point to point flying is coming, maybe this is part of it. I'd guess a Mexican flight. The Los Angeles to Colorado ski country flight was the first example.

Hasn't CAL announced the end of MD-80 flying in CLE already and EWR in the near future? Can't see them putting an MD-80 on that route.

Looks like another IAH and a EWR redeye in October, both with 735's.

Yes, after all the hullabaloo and hints that it would be something big, they brought back TUS-EWR. It is a daily now which is nice for Tucson. But after all the hype it's a little underwhelming.
