Awesome.

IOW, you two want to be able to monopolize the conversation by silencing any opposing thoughts. how original.eolesen said:Gee, it was so nice and quiet yesterday...
and if they hadn't cut 5-6% from it, what would it have been?WorldTraveler said:DL's level of outsourcing is lower than every other carrier except for AA based on DOT data for 2012, even without the MRO work.
With the MRO work, DL's net level of outsourcing is the lowest in the industry.
You need to check out what your leaders are saying. Profit sharing is going up from under $400M last year to $500M this year... that's a pretty hefty increase. DL INCREASED the total amount of profit sharing even though the percent went down... precisely because of much stronger profits.
It's public info so anyone can even find it - it was discussed on the investor call.
Really? I didn't see anyone shouting down the opposition, claiming the moral high ground while acting otherwise, or trying to tell someone they don't know their place..WorldTraveler said:IOW, you two want to be able to monopolize the conversation by silencing any opposing thoughts. how original.
Incessant you say?...the only noise yesterday was your incessant attempts at boosting your self-esteem, I mean, reputation scores, as a proxy for having an actual conversation.
I'm glad DL management is taking care of its employees..... glad they are getting healthy profit sharing that is based on the solid performance of the company which is absolutely driven by the employees and not just a whim of management. For those still interested in the actual topic, "actual DL employees" get a Christmas card from the company. I assume each division gets their own version? At any rate, the ACS one has a nod to DL being "more than an airline" in it.

Or maybe the mods killed it off.
Either way, it looks like I'll have to come up with a new signature image.
Sure was nice, wasn't it?eolesen said:Really? I didn't see anyone shouting down the opposition, claiming the moral high ground while acting otherwise, or trying to tell someone they don't know their place..
You know what else was enjoyed in your absence? A lack of ^this^ sort of pretzel logic.WorldTraveler said:BTW, DL has ACTIVE employees and RETIREEs (and then a few others). There is no classification of ACTUAL employees since presumably the opposite category would be VIRTUAL employees, of which there are none. Even retirees are ACTUAL employees, they just aren't active.
That won't last long...AdAstraPerAspera said:I noticed "he" was sent to the corn field, too. Whiskey Tango's reputation is down to -221…congrats on mounting a successful campaign!
