New Pilot Pay Rates???

Anyone have the new payrates for the new agreement? Just curious to see how much more SWA pilots are getting. Looking for the 5-10 year group and 1-2 year group if able.

I'm curious, are the "profit based" raises based on total profit or a ratio? But it's nice to see the senior pilots ran away with the money again at the expense of the junior guys, all so SWA could promptly lower fares.
