Maybe that's because all the average customer is willing to pay is a CHEAP ASS fare...AND of course they expect all the services and amenities (that they are not willing to pay for) to go along with that.

CASM and RASM and all the other mind-boggling numbers being tossed around by airline folks (incuding ridiculous wages) are just a shell game.

Until the BK codes are rock-solid and cause airlines to actually shut down ---- thus ends this shell game.

You're not charging what the product costs because you don't have to.
