When will the next VLFR be offered?

According to the AFA there will not be another one offered. However, there will be an extension of the VFLRI for the overage amount. I think that number is 320 something. Keep in mind that it is NOT guarantee that those original 320ish f/a will get it. It opens back up to anyone that was ACTIVE as of DEC. 1 2004. It will go in seniority order.

Are there still people that would want to leave? Have you flown with anyone that was not senior enough to hold a VFLR award?

I've been at HP for 20+ years and if they were offering that here, my first thought is that I've been doing this for so long, be it Invol or VFLR, what would I do, where would I go? I doesn't even seem like a possiblity for me.

But I respect everyones choice either way.
