Non-Reving Obstacles

Does anyone know of any site or location where non-revs can find info regarding airport(s) issues affecting wt/bal issues? I just flew back from FLL and was told due to runway construction, there may be a problem departing and that last week no non-revs were able to be boarded. With flights being booked close to full, any additional info could help all of us get thru the hassle.

Expect FLL issues till sometime in July. Main runway closure until sometime around then. Everyone has to use the short runway. 110pax on a -400 sometimes..... FLL says marketing still peddling tickets above what they can carry. Simply a mess. Suggest going to MIA or PBI. or even RSW and drive over....
