I thought that government oversight was to be impartial. So much for the government looking out for the public's best interest. Irregardless of what side you're on in this, the flying public needs to be kept safe. Get off your ass and make sure the replacement workers are doing what they are supposed to do. And no, having a union shop isn't always the best way to go. EVERYONE has made mistakes. Any job that has human imput involved can be done incorrectly.

Is this how you justify? Is this how yo try to make believe you are just like the honest hard working souls you have walked over? Nice try but you will always be what you are, no matter how you try to justify and try to fit in.

Mikey you and I are just pawns on a chessboard. You just happen to be on the loosing side.

Irony of that situation is that the FAA inspectors are unionized....

Jack they are here. I have never been ramped before, I’ve been hit 2 times now. They are doing their jobs here to the fullest extent. This place is under constant scrutiny from the Feds. Quit crying because your not the only aircraft mechanic around. We just about got this place cleaned up from the disaster you left it in. We haven’t even really begun working on aircraft yet. You give me three weeks Then check that weeks performance numbers against last years numbers and you will see what a pitiful job you really have been doing.

We will certainly remember this post HERO, when they start parking those aeroplanes you and your gypsy bud's will be the ones left high and dry!

They won't come back because they have not the experience to survive in the real world of aviation they are merely line mech's who change tires and drink coffee , as for the lawyers and the car mech's the pursued more challenging careers. the folks stepping up to the plate are those who have been doing the heavy maintenance you morons are incapable of.

Let me ask you this.

How come you didnt get hired on when NWA was paying $35 but now you are there for $25?

The only reason you are working there now is because everyone else refused to work for that. You are the bottom of the barrel pal. Even if they bust AMFA they probably wont keep you.

Maybe their background isn't up to snuff to hire as a real long term employee, but as union busting scabs, then background flaws are over looked.

That is my bet.

In fact, some of the scabs at DFW are know terminated for random drug/alcohol violations from previous employment, company theft, and other rule violations. When hiring under normal circumstances for top pay, these individuals would not stand a chance of being hired, but when management wants union busting scabs, these are perfect specimens.

I notice NWA management likes to mention their years of industry experience when talking with the media. I wonder if NWA Management would want openly and honestly discuss individuals backgrounds and work history in the industry?

I BET NOT.

There will be no safety issues regarding the work that was performed by the replacement workers. However for the next couple of days there will be a safety issue regarding sabotage from the striking AMFA members.

There are broken keys in most all the locks which has resulted in some delays.

Stored parts are not where they are supossed to be or are gone by way of the dumpster.

The computer will tell you 20 parts are located in such and such bin and you go there to find an empty bin.

Nose gear have been damaged.

Brakes have been damaged.

Fuel quantity sensors have been destroyed.

Pins on LRU's have been destroyed.

LRU's are missing.

So yes your Unionized Mechanics have put the flying public in somewhat danger.
None of these problems have seriously harmed a passenger there have been some delays. The issues are being taken care of.

You know, I am all for supporting you guys at NW, but when you start putting innocent people in jeaopardy...that is where I draw the line. I support your cause, but don't involve the flying public by risking their lives. Don't be stupid.

KTO, spew B.S. all you want. Face it buddy. The scabs like you crossed the picketline and you are now a loser. Marked for life! You are a danger to the flying public and the public is beginning to see who the real villian is . It's sleaze bags like you KTO and NWA management.

Think before you act!! That is my point. If what is posted by keeptheodds is true, then think. I didn't come on here accusing, I came on here saying not to do what is posted. Did I say it was happening? I am UNION thru and thru. I would NEVER scab, but I wouldn't put anybody in any sort of risk to prove my point. I don't know if that poster is a scab/management or not. I do have faith that you guys wouldn't do that, but sometimes a voice of reason helps... 🙂

TB perhaps you should go back and read KTO's previous post and not just jump in feet first assuming he/she has any credibility. This low life has boldly proclaimed to be a scab here to break AMFA mechanics at NWA and steal the hard earned pay gained by unionist. Do not think for a minute that NWA and thier band of gypsy scabs will not stoop so low as to blame anything on AMFA? The NWA/MECHANICS are walking the picket lines, who will they blame for the current and near future incidents?
