This is cold comfort, but it's not just you guys at NWA. At AA, unless it's a through flight through a hub where the f/as clean the cabin, the rampers have to unload the inbound flight, go up clean the cabin, then go back to the ramp to load the outbound flight.
Stuff doesn't get done in the cleaning category because there is neither the time nor the manpower to get it all done in the time allowed.
Some of the f/as absolutely refuse to put their hands down in a seatback pocket. At least the rampers are issue latex gloves to wear while cleaning; we aren't. It's bad enough that some passengers will try to hand you a dirty diaper or a used Kleenex in your bare hand during flight!
