Are you serious, pajamas TV, and there crack reporter joe the (I dont really have a license, I have zero means of actually buying the business I am talking about, I have a suspended license and forgot to pay my taxes, and still lives with his parents) the plumber? Obama and Biden … favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent. Everything else is dreamed up speculation. The difference Bush actually wire warrantless tapped us all.
This is an article from last year when they senator Obama was trying to get legislation to put pressure on deadbeat dads. The claims of constitutional violation are kind of weak and are being applied to the Bradley amendment, nothing about Obama and Bayh
It is such a non story the only media that gave it time was the fabricated news channel. There is NO violation of the constitution, it seems it was a way to get the presidents choice of commerce secretary, with the needed votes of two minority caucus's.

Its illegal to have a firearm in a federal building.
I also love the Monday morning quarter backs who think just having a gun they could have saved the day and just knocked off the killer. The odds are astronomical that you could (how ever you carry) Draw, take cover, aim, fire and not be hit or attract the killers attention.

As much as I despise Bush, I fail to see how he could have prevented 9/11. Even though Clinton left notice that OBL should be watched, nothing of this magnitude had ever been pulled off. Yes, we pay the CIA. FBI, NSA ... to think of crap that has not happened and to stop it but I still do not think anyone could have seen this one coming. The only reason the folks on the UAL flight took action i because they heard what happened to the other 3 flights. We have all be trained that when a plane gets hi-jacked, they want to go some where. We do not think that they have a death wish. When the next attack happens, I would be willing to bet it will be of a similar nature. I also believe that there is not a damn thing Bush, Cheney, McCain or Obama can do to stop it from happening. Our land boarder control is a joke. Water boarder is even more porous. Security at our critical infrastructures is non-existent. The only thing stopping someone from attacking the US is the will to do it. I do not see any argument to support the idea that anything the US is/has done is preventing any type of attack.
Think of it. The US cannot keep out illegal aliens by the thousands who cross our boarder at will. How hard would it for anyone to fly to MX, buy some weapons, C4, smuggle in a dirty bomb ... walk across the boarder and BOOM!

Don't be so sure. There have been plenty of incidents where armed civilians, security guards, off duty police etc. Have thwarted other gunmen.
Any building the FEDS own, rent, or use is considered a federal building.Hey Ace.......it wasn't a Federal building.............
That's not accurate. I work in a [non-federal] building where several federal government agencies are tenants, and there are no specific rules about firearms inside the building. However, there could be rules against having the firearm inside the government's actual space, which would be enforced by their own security teams.... which, by the way, have firearms. 🙄

Yes sir! The firearms industry has flourished due to obama! Most stores are out of or have limited supply of assault rifles and semi auto hand guns!
