Now that the merger is done , isn't it time to take care of your own employees ? Most Us airways employees who have more than 15 years are making now what they did in 2001 , after bribing the AA employees into this merger and ignoring your own employees , isn't it time to bring our pay up to AA levels ? You cut deals with the flight crews , what about the mechanics , dispatchers , fleet service and crew scheduling ?
Anyone who thinks this merger is going to be wonderful is dreaming , there will be layoffs , displacements and culture clashes . Isn't time to recognize the people who have been here a long time and dumped on ?
