No dude, Shame on you for not having your facts straight. I have never been treated poorly by a PIT US agent...they have bent over backwards to help me get to PHL. I and many like me HAVE to use SWA because so many mainline flights PIT-PHL are now commuters. The US flights are full and I am thankful to have WN to commute on, especially now w/ the F/A J/S deal.

If you have been treated poorly by a PIT US agent that's unfortunate, in my world, that has not been the norm at all. To come on here and make a general statement like this and say your co-workers are disgusting is totally uncalled for.

It's sad if you have had a bad experience w/ a PIT gate agent but let's be real. PIT commuters trying to get to work will use ANY means to get there. US or WN, we just need to make check in time and an agent that might be having a bad day won't deter me from getting to work----either on US or WN.

Phasers, you try to get on a US Airways PIT-PHL flight as a non-rev on a busy day. Tell us how you do.

BTW, it appears that PHL is going to be served after this week (perhaps today!) with nothing smaller than 70 seats out of PIT.

Don't bother with CMH, because that's going to be gone, too. PVD comes back to PIT with two daily flights, and it looks like YYZ is up to four per day.

PSA-handled Express flights will be 78, Monday through Friday.

Most of us choose to go to WN because US Airways SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has NOTHING to do with the agents....they are great!!!!

We are the worst airline in the industry. I have never felt like that before, but I would rather fly on anybody else than US.

I always choose WN over US when commuting, if possible. Not because our people are rude, we just run a s____y airline. WN is usually ontime and if they're not at least they give the impression of caring and hustling. They're also remarkably consistent in every aspect of their operation. Unlike US.
