Please Post F/A Reserve Work Rules

I have heard that f/a's at DL serve three days of reserve. Is this true? Could someone please post how it works?

3 days per month, except now new hires have 6 days. Bottom line: nobody has a full month of reserve-ever!
Junior bases, like NYC, have people on RSV up to 19 years. More senior bases, like ATL, go up to 27 years.
