Reliable sources state that the company will be closing POC in all cities and relocating POC to a centralized area. This will be the loss of many jobs in Charlotte and Philadelphia.

In LGA they had 26 employees in a POC function but never had a POC. Mis management?
We are overstaffed in all of the stations -its just the beginning of job loses 🙁

They had to figure out a way to hire the employees kids and give them minimum wage to push wheelchairs...there you go LaGarbaga as IntlSNN would say.

100 jobs ..... reduced to 15 located at the CRO. More efficient. In many cities (not just hubs) look for reroute kiosks with handsets directly linked to new CRO reroute desk. We will need far fewer agents!

How pitiful. You actually seem quite proud of your facts.

On top of that if it’ a irregular operation management can do the jobs

John John ??

Has the CWA ever saved or created jobs at Usairway.. I know they are or were pretty strong in the Telecommunications Industry

but unless your an ATT or verizion person . don't see where they have helped the Aviation industry at all

Nope ..... but I was blindsided when they cut my compensation package by 40%, when they jettisoned my defined pension plan, dropped my retirement health care. So NOW I try to anticipate their next move. Everyone should!

One step closer, curbside kiosks, long term parking lot next!
..... Self-service check-in convenience to the curb....
