What are you babbling about? Work to Rule? Really? Idiots like you got us enjoined and parked because of crap like that. How about common sense and not reaching when it comes to negotiating?
Save your crap dude. You need a good union with a unified group before you can start playing those games.
And great job posting a work action on a public forum. That's about as stupid as USAPA telegraphing its work action prior to actually executing it. Those east idiots actually called west pilots about a slow down and let the exact date be known months before it went down.
You've got east morons trying to employ 1990's union tactics in the 21st century.
F'ing brilliant.
I could be wrong,,but, the poster you quoted seems to be IAM.
The IAM is not under an injunction, nor are the F/As.
Of course I understand the holdup with the pilots because of the scabs at usapa, but it is a huge insult from the company to have managed to negotiate with the big three unions at AMR a complete package in less than three months, while sitting around with their thumb up their rear when it comes to in house.
The West pilots in particular should not exactly "work to rule", but should take advantage of every single contractual right to enhance their pay. For instance, the cartel guys loading their lines and dumping split trips into open time. Now, the rest of the pilots should just pick up the low time split trip, put it on their line, and sick call it. See where I am going? The cartel guy gets paid the soft time. The sick caller only uses say 7 hours of sick on a three day trip and runs their line value up, and the reserve gets paid 15:45 guarantee. Company pays a total of say 35 hours to accomplish a 21 hour four day.
All legal per the contract,,,,no "work to rule" involved.
