Recall letters reach the 99' "newhire" pilots

Right now i'm with a good company making good money and i'm home a lot.

I will probably want to bypass indefinitely but I want to keep my options open (like you said, never know what's coming down the road). So I want to make sure I word this email to her correctly.

From the info I got from the Furlough Administrator I'd say just spell it out in an email and save a copy of your sent message. I'd also ask for a confirmation back from her via email so you know and have proof that she received it in the required time. If you have any doubts I'd recommend giving her a call and discussing it, and then follow up with an email so there's some record of your response. I always hate to bug people, but this is not a time to wing it. Find out exactly how to reply by speaking with the person doing the recalls if you're unsure!
