Known fact, management is in panic mode with pending merger talks with UA. Known fact, ask any X UAL res agent, their jobs are in INDIA. Know the pain with terrible bids but the future could be devistating for all U.S. Res Centers. I believe the only one that they would probably keep if this merger goes through is RNO as it only deals with preferred passengers and that is the only desk UAL has available in the U.S.A.
