If those same opportunities were available to anyone who attended Penn Hills then there is no complaint. Hypocrisy isn't against the law. If it were most Politicians would be doing life without parole.

Look into his past history in Pa. When he ran against the republican in the primary he complained that the senator was living in Va. with a "empty house" in Pa. and his kids were going to school in Va. In his second and last term he had a house in a suburb of Pit and the neighbors had never seen him go in it. The house sat empty while he was living in Va. and his kids were going to a charter school in Va.

There were people living there.
Penn Hills is by no means a struggling school district either.
Its not much different than say a migrant aircraft worker keeping his home address say in Roanoke while he works in PIT.

I'd think if he was a Virginia resident, the DNC assholes would declare him inelligible for Pa office...
As I recall, it was a chicken #### attack and Penn Hills ended up eating it.
Erin Vecchio, reportedly a local DNC slut/prostitute was behind the issue.

Background on the accuser Erin Vecchio:

Police said the group was also responsible for the armed robbery of a pizza employee who was trying to make a bank deposit.

In addition to Amendola, police identified Philip Edward Vecchio, 21, Shane Andrew Kesneck, 22, and Thomas Ryan Maxwell, 19, as suspects in the case. All four are from Penn Hills.

Kesneck has the most charges at 29, while Vecchio faces 28.

Vecchio is the son of Erin Vecchio, a longtime former Penn Hills school board member and Democratic Committee chair.
