Welcome back, guess the moderators have not figured out it is you yet, guess they will and your lifetime ban will be enforced.

And they are scabs, they crossed a picket line and did work of striking mechanics, stock clerks and utility.

And by the way, the union gets them those wages and benefits.

It is public knowledge of who scabbed, and yes their names should be told as they are traitor to their coworkers and the labor movement.

You can dance all you want over the definition of a scab,but as I mentioned previously...there was a motion to recognize these people officially as scabs and the membership rejected it.

If I remember correctly...the membership is the union....

Officially they have to be tried, but use any symantics you want, if they were part of the IAM Mechanic and Related even someone on their 90 days and they crossed a picket line that their IAM Mechanic and Related Coworkers were manning for an official IAM strike and they performed the work that was being struck, they are a scab.

Per the IAM constitution the membership vote AFTER the trial committee presents their report AFTER the members are tried. They membership does not vote on a motion to make them scabs before a trial is ever held, they can only vote to accept the committee's report.

Seems PIT local did not follow proper procedure.

To get off the scab list in CLT all you had to do was pay a fine...then you were made whole again.

Again, folks. Why hang onto the past and the 1970's union mentality? Scab lists are irrelevant in this day and age with airline unions barely hanging to the membership they already have, and unable to develop new business. Grow up, please.
