Scab lists are irrelevant in this day and age with airline unions barely hanging to the membership they already have, and unable to develop new business.

Yes you are so right why hold grudges against someone that worked your job for you and fed his family while you were out on a picket line wondering where you next meal was coming... especially since he later will be able to enjoy the fruits of your sacrifice... that is if you ever get your job back.

Heck I bet you don't hold a grudge against a robber that has robbed you. I am sure you would let bygones be bygones and hire him if he came looking for a job. You could work right next to him. Maybe even invite him home for dinner.

Crossing a picket line is a personal choice one makes.You don't know whats in that persons heart that pushes them to that move.When they make that choice they have steered their own course and have to accept the outcome.

I guess you could put scabs in the same class as stool pigeons..... 😉

...there was a motion to recognize these people officially as scabs and the membership rejected it.

If I remember correctly...the membership is the union....

Typical union leaders don't have any regard for what members vote, just ask all the folks that were denied a vote on the retirement issue...

It is no wonder that so-called unions are impotent.
