Obviously disappointing, Kevin, but were these not DL's two smallest res offices in an airline world that is increasingly going online?

Which one of those was a pm-Delta call center?

Surprised HIB survived, but since Good Goes Around, maybe they'll close that one just in time for the holidays.

This was inevitable -- I'd expect most airlines to be down to a single call center within the next 10 years. But amazingly coincidental that this comes within a year of the union vote....

Same here. My $$$ would've been on the IRC. Fear not; I'm sure the "family" will take care of them too...
