Asset tests are set state by state.
 
Pay attention to the chart to the left when you roll over each state. look for 'no asset test' and a vehicle limit.......or no limit.
 
Notice most leaning dem are a free giveaway program? You can bring in income matching the state above poverty level requirement but still be sitting on half a million with 5 cars.  You condone this?

Did you read my post?  Because what I asked was "Do you have any figures on people with those kind of assets collecting food stamps?"  What you provided was map of asset limits for SNAP in each state.  They are two different things.
 
Are there people who scam the system?  Yes.  You know what I find more upsetting than that.  The number of military families on SNAP.

Its not a massive fraud if states allow it.....it is a massive rip off for you and me as tax payers.

As I said before, I'm totally in favor of work for welfare the very instant the CEO of General Motors is required to pick up litter in the park to compensate for the money we as taxpayers gave her company.
