I really don't think it is going away. Not saying that I agree with this or the way it was posted but if the company is unwilling to talk as it appears something WILL happen.

The truth hurts and if you think for 1 min. that this company will even survive for the long term the way they are treating all employee groups, you are in for a rude awakening.....
It may take drastic/draconian measures to turn this industry around once and for all....Maybe the complete and utter implosion of 1 major player will, shall we say right the ship....so the rest of the industries employees can again have some dignity and pride...
You only earn dignity and pride. It can never be given to you.

I'm sure, but this is not the answer. Not in the least bit. I,for one, am here to do a job, I get paid to do it. If I am so unhappy doing my job, you know what I'd do? Quit.
I'm not saying I've not been affected by the different stuff going on in the company. I just find this poposterous. Maybe we should "STRIKE" him with a hammer, that'll make more sense.
