Anybody from PHL have any input as to Tony's interaction with the PHL employees as of yet? I'm certain he has made the rounds by now. What do you folks get out of your 1st impression of him?

But I feel strongly that a lot of the reasons that US/PHL will never change, has been mentioned by a lot of previous posters.(things like WX, ATC, TSA and the fact that PHL is an Extremely outdated airport, for a city It's size)

Then somebody ought to tell WN. Quick, before they start operating into PHL, BWI and FLL.

Just because you claim to be one of them, doesn't excuse your prejudice. Employees are not meant to be conquered or even "semi-controlled" (whatever that means). All people respond to courtesy, respect and reward for hard work and results. A manager should come in, set the bar for what is expected from each employee and then terminate those unwilling to try to work toward that standard whole continuing to reward those that do. Let the System Boards fall where they may.
