Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

Coming up on 5 years for the Nic anniversary. We are going to throw a big party. We are going to have an Elvis impersonator, and a guy dress up as St. Nic. We'll let you know when it is coming. Start planning for the 10th, ideas? 😀
You know what other anniversary is coming up? No DOH. And you're paying for it every day.

Nope, just watching Seham out trolling for some fresh meat. I guess he picked USAPA's bones clean and now he needs a new source of income. Not many people are buying it, their numbers are so grossly overstated it's not funny.

OMG...its Oscarjazz...the guy who jumped over NW guys with 4 more years on the job then he had.....
...life is good in his world!!!! Their merger was a smashing success....those NW boys did not have the pedigree anyway!!!

Said the angry, bottom of the scale, lowest paid F/O in the country. Don't worry scooter, a few more years it will be your time.

Amazing. Insert AMFA in place of IAM in the quote above and you have just defined what the IAMAW did during the AMFA strike on NWA. You know the one that you constantly say that was not a scab action by your comrades.
Last time I checked it wasnt in the ALPA CBA to clean planes, yet it was in the IAM's at NW and removed from the AMFA CBA that was imposed.

No, I'm pretty sure it won't. You guys have been rock bottom for a while now there Scooter. You can stay there a few years longer - alone!

Capisce Scooter?

What's the matter Pi, that all you got? You're starting to bore me. Why don't you run off for a week and think about things. You do that a lot, don't you?

Come on, the easties are victims! You need to be understanding of them, nothing in their career is their fault. Don't you know how much they have suffered? Don't hurt their self esteem, they just need a big hug (and lots of terminations).

Funny how semantics get in the way.. Fact is IAM performed struck work anyway you slice it so don't cry when it happens to you...

Well guess you dont know history, it happened in 92, way before your strike. And like I said, it had always been in the IAM CBA at NW, and it was removed from the AMFA CBA.

Never saw it in a pilot's scope language at US, and sorry I never crossed a picket line in my life and never worked at NW, so try again.

NW handed you your lunch, so how well did your attempt at a "mechanics only" union work out for you there?

There is so much fighting in between all of this......just wondering if there has been any decisions made by the judge on case with the company and union slowdown? If so, what did he say? If not....any time frame that can be expected?

Just ready to get on with life.

Don't worry - someone will post it here as soon as word gets out. Personally, I'm a little surprised the judge hasn't ruled yet after he stayed the TRO and expedited the hearing - seemed that he was in a hurry to get to a resolution at that point. But it's been 9 business days since the hearing concluded and nary a peep from him.

On the bright side, if you were doing nothing to intentionally slow down the operation before the hearing just keep doing the same - get on with life as you normally would.

You guys fly air transport category aircraft and you are arguing like kids in the sandbox. It is mildly entertaining, however I would rather hear rational debate.

I know you have it in you!
