Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

I could run this place, with no experience, and make a record profit......if I wanted to treat my employees like crap. Remember, Dougie's bonus is not only based on the ontime performance, but in the ability to keep costs down....ie, screw the employees.

If it were not for the pilots, flight attendants, and the hard working ground people in every job description, this place would have no decent press ever.
Front line employees during this chaotic state deserve better

It's the unions job to fight that. Uslappy is completely unable to do that. Get used to the screwing it will continue unabated until a real union us put back on the property.

Without digging up the past regarding the separate accounting that showed where the money was being made. Consider if you will,

Further, an airline the size of US can't even match Spirit for pilot pay & has to rely on fees for a profit is by definition NOT a well run airline.

Without agreeing or disagreeing (though I would marginally disagree) , by that defintion, Wal-Mart (currently the largest corporation on earth) would have gone out of business a long time ago. 🙂

You do realize there are other workgroups here outside of flight ops, right? Aren't the dispatchers on their second contract? Why would you want to shut down a business because a relatively small group is unhappy? That's your logic?

Regardless, that has nothing to do with running a profitable company. If you praise Parker for screwing the employees, you are just like him, only worse because he is screwing you too. Of course you may be enjoying that feeling in your back side.
