Funniest think listening to a pilot back-seat drive a CEO.I could run this place, with no experience, and make a record profit......if I wanted to treat my employees like crap. Remember, Dougie's bonus is not only based on the ontime performance, but in the ability to keep costs down....ie, screw the employees.

You do realize there are other workgroups here outside of flight ops, right? Aren't the dispatchers on their second contract? Why would you want to shut down a business because a relatively small group is unhappy? Further, an airline the size of US can't even match Spirit for pilot pay & has to rely on fees for a profit is by definition NOT a well run airline.
