Workplace restrictions notwithstanding, you can pray for anything your heart desires. The real question is your prayer done in faith and in seeking for the Father's will to be done rather than your own?
Jesus instructs us to pray as follows:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us day by day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
For we forgive everyone who is indebted to us
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one
So in your prayer about CLT disruptions, are you calling on your Father in heaven? Are your declaring Him to be holy? Are you seeking His will to be done? Are you asking for Him to provide the basic necessities for life? Are you asking Him to forgive you of your sins? Are you declaring to Him that you have forgiven everyone who has failed you in some capacity? Are you asking Him to keep you from temptation and sin as well as from the malevolence of the evil one? If so, then let your prayers go forth and then wait to see what the response is from the Omniscient, Omnipotent, and Omnipresent loving God.
