Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

I have received about a dozen messages from "The Captain," but certainly not 32. They're a bit screwy, so I just delete them. Probably coming from a west pilot trying to foment trouble.

"Stickerboy" is likely several individuals. I can't imagine one person could be quit that prolific in getting those stickers on so many aircraft clipboards and cockpit walls (reportedly, as I have not seen any other than in my fleet) of various fleets. I would bet a lot that "Stickerboy" are a few east pilots, since I see them in my fleet which is not common to the west.

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing conclusively proves that USAPA is behind it. Anyone could buy a throwaway cellphone and do what "The Captain" is doing. Even Jerry Glass, and I would not put it past him.

The stickers can anyone with access to aircraft, but likely a few pilots stirring the pot. Still, anyone with a computer and printer can unilaterally carry out the sticker campaign. It certainly does not need any backing, or encouragement, from USAPA.

Pilots in general are pissed about the way the company is conducting business on many levels directly impacting the pilot profession at US Airways and within the industry (you can be sure other airline CEOs are watching.) We have the weakest two contracts in the industry, and the company still abuses what little we have in those contracts. This entire mess is a failure of leadership in Tempe through their "pilot pushing" in many different aspects. The term "pilot pushing" is almost as old as the airline industry itself. Anyone who has read the "Flying the Line" books will see in that history EXACTLY what is occurring here.

Careful, you keep reaching like that and you might fall over. Seriously, you need to stop because you're making an ass of yourself trying to spin this.

And, BTW, the onus is on USAPA and not the company.

Not exactly the basis for a negotiated settlement, and a FACT, directly from the opinion and award.

Just one teenie, tiny, little problem with your "fact" - that was West's opening position in the arbitration. Why would anyone with 3 brain cells think that the arbitration award would include the history of negotiations? Oh, I see your problem...never mind, rhetorical question (that means you don't have to answer).

Did not you yourself say that the East went into arbitration with their best case? Why would anyone expect the West to do differently? Oh, never mind again - I still see your problem.

Is that like mailing feces and then pointing a finger at someone else perhaps?

But Pi tries to like the west, her really does. Its guys like me that fluster him like that into making mistakes. I feel I may drive him off the board soon if I don't let up.

No Jim, I expected them to go into it just like the east did, with their best case. The difference is that it is the westies that are on here saying "the east never looked at anything but DOH!". That's wrong.

I wouldn't talk about brain cells if I were you.

I do like most of the west guys that I have met in person. The only one that I can say I didn't like was your former ALPA mouth piece that rode the jumpseat with me and managed to show her complete lack of AB systems knowledge and insult us at the same time. As for this board, I despise you and 9 out 10 people that claim to be westies, and Jimbob. You are a disgrace to the profession. You are too stupid to see that the weapons the company is using against some on the east will someday be used on you. As a matter of fact, one westie has already been caught up in it.

Relax Pi before you pop that widow-maker artery.

Former ALPA mouthpiece and female - ya, I got nothing there. Sounds like you're making this stuff up again. And I didn't know you guys were giving systems questions to jumpseaters. I'll be sure to study up before I get on east metal again.

And the only stupid ones are the east pilots - you included. You execute a not so well thought out work action with no exit strategy with the west pilots completely against supporting you. You put yourselves in between the company and the west and you have the audacity to think you can pull this off on your own. Now that, Pi, is complete idiocy. You guys out east are the disgraces. You've managed to keep the entire industry average at the bottom end, you've given away your pension, and you guys could care less about moving off LOA 93. Not that is pathetic and the ultimate definition of disgrace.

And don't worry, we've. Everything you guys have done so for we'll do the opposite. Should make for a success showdown in the future. And there are no westies caught up in anything. Spare us the drama.

So, are you going to run away for a week again because you're upset?

Hi Gerry. Did you graduate from Moscow University yet?

Hint: Here in Amerika the plaintiff usually has the burden of proving their allegations. Unless you score a judge like Wake, maybe.

You forget...the company doesn't have to prove that USAPA is behind it, just that they didn't stop it. Ask the UA MEC. Ask APA.

Jim
BINGO!

These guys are such hypocrites. When they think they have a case against the west they scream from the roof tops for a quick execution, before there are even formal charges, let alone a trial and a conviction. But when THEY are the ones accused of wrongdoing they play the "innocent until PROVEN guilty" card.

In this case they all assume there has to be a smoking gun, as if this pending injunction must meet the same standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt" as in a murder trial. If the union was made aware of the problem (which they were) and did nothing to stop it (which they didn't) the injunction will go forward. USAirways has far more evidence against USAPA than UA had on ALPA, and we all know the outcome of that.

Nyet, nyet my pensionless and low paid tovarich. I'm still here learning how to take even more advantage of your emotional and intellectual eastie weakness.

Oh, Parker stated that 2 judges agreed and 2 dissented only on ripeness. You might want to watch the CLT crew news. It was funny watching one of your pilots beg for pay parity. I loved the way he almost cried right on camera.

до свидания!!

Well, there are several communications from USAPA stating just that. What are they supposed to do? Hire private detectives? Covertly grab the culprits and ship them to Gitmo for some water boarding? Hire snipers and have them shot? What?

There's only one predominant and preeminent ass on these forums, and you see it every day when you look in the mirror.

Maybe in your world the onus is on the defendant, you effing moron.

Borman was boring and irrelevant. Cleary was smug and evasive. Judge kept cutting off USAPA. Injunction is coming.

Is there more testimony or is it in the hands of the Judge at this point?
