Well, that a step forward at least - a desire to "see the evidence" is vastly different from "looking forward to ruling on that very issue." Even Judges can be curious, especially if given a one-sided account of a proceeding. The funny thing is that he probably has easy access to the records of the evidence, filings, transcripts, etc so can "see the evidence" any time he wants.

Nope - no ALPA money. A not so unusual charge since anyone who isn't a westie and disagrees with the eastie position must have some ulterior motive according to easties. I never collected a dime from them except for meal expenses while in PIT for bid closings.

Actually, the east gave the west clowns at least 22% (about 44% of the west flying at the time) of the east flying, preventing some 600 west pilots from being furloughed.

The east continues to interject the vast majority of cash flow into the US franchise, basically subsidizing the west, not because of LOA 93, the pay is not that different, but because the east is in comparatively lucrative city pairs, especially compared to the sub-marginal city pairs "enjoyed" by the west.

No need - the end result speaks for itself. Anyway, I think I read over it at the "cactuspilot" site. Interesting that in the injunction hearing USAPA claims that the company can't prove the text messages, calls, bag tags, etc were from USAPA representatives but didn't have any trouble bringing the RICO case where they couldn't prove any specific individual had done the nefarious deeds they charged... Just a lot of "by belief and understanding"...
