"After publishing the private travel details of American Airlines passengers and continuing to promote our competitors through advertisements on his website, flight attendant Gailen David has been terminated. Mr. David was counseled last year about the serious nature of both passenger privacy and conflict of interest violations. He has repeatedly failed to adhere to our policies. We take our passengers' privacy seriously and will not allow employees to violate that trust."

That statement ranks right up there with the idea that a bead blaster malfunction cause over 100 cars windhsields to suffer damage consistant with a bb-gun or a pellet gun in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Keep digging the hole deeper and even the consulting firms will not be able to dig you out.

Hopefully the hypocrisy and denial of what is happening within your work force only runs so deep!
