Didnt the last one of these show most people thinking by the end of 2004? Guess it's not scientific then. 😛

Now, why would you want to mess up a perfectly good poll with science? Spoilsport!

Usairways just have to continue to keep its head above water

Then why would these groups be pumping in millions ? I am sure not for a write-off ! Something big will happen soon, and I dont think it will be Chap 7. After all, we still owe the government money !

You would think after two years of explaining this it would sink in!

US does not owe the government money for the ATSB loan, the money came from private financial institutions, not tax dollars from the government.

Wummm, whether the money came from taxes or a bank seeking to make a profit.

"IF" the loans are NOT repaid then exactly who pays for them?

Why are they called "government" backed loans? No the government is not paying "now" but again, who pays if they default?

I love it: They pass a new laws making filing bankruptcy extremely hard for individuals and leave corporate America alone so they can continue to destroy lives by outsourcing jobs to third world countries and paying executives stratosphere compensation for doing it.

This country is going no where fast and corporate America is making it happen all that much faster.

I personally would love to line all the Dave Siegel’s of the world and the current management team and execute them on national TV while selling hot dogs and soda for everyone’s entertainment.

the reason why they all pump in money is because the only way in the world they will get any return on the huge amounts they (the creditors) are owed is if U stays in business.if U goes belly up the creditors will take huge losses......kind of like stuck in a vicious circle......creditors screwed up too by letting the debt get that big......
but it would be good for the industry for U and UAL to go away...thats a known fact...
