Despite the "legal activities" of Thursday, I flew U out of PHL last evening, despite poor weather, was treated fantastically by every employee along the way. My checked luggage (golf clubs) arrived promptly.

You guys are still the best.

SO good to hear! Not every employee in Philly or the system for that matter are rude.

Yesterday I flew from LGA to PHL, PHL to MCO, MCO to CLT, & CLT to LGA. We had ATC and weather problems, but every flight had FSA's park the aircraft, CSA's meeting the aircraft, excellent utility work, maintenance support, and good loads.

Today I flew from LGA to BOS & BOS to LGA and the same thing happened.

I salute the US Airways employees who are still providing a quality product to the most important person...the customer.

I sound like a broken record here, but I must also add my thanks and appreciation to ALL of the fine U employees who are putting in 150% effort especially now.

I had 3 great flights this week, with 3 outstanding crews. We also had weather delays CLT-LGA but it was handled very well.

You are true professionals--THANK YOU!! You are the reason we stay...keep it up!

My BEST to you all...
