The Benefits Committee of The TWU International Air Transport Division was created, by members at American Airlines, to assist with the disbursement of AA provided benefits. They help Locals at AA to understand how members can obtain benefits and exactly what benefits are available.

Of course American Airlines has a Human Resources Department, to handle benefits. But it’s nice to know that members can check facts with someone from their union, who is schooled in the latest benefits information.

These are the same idiots that sold us Flex Benefits as "Improved Medical" in 1989.

Check with someone from "their" union? The members have not voted on any of the National Officers, and most, if not ALL lower positions are filled by suck ass appointment. How do you figure that this is "the members" union?
