In another thread I mentioned that I was having the same trouble, and it started yesterday. The short version is that "some changes" were made to the ETC on Tuesday night and here's what the pass bureau sent me:
"Found out the problem, for some reason all retired employees are having trouble logging into ETC. We are not sure why but have forwarded the problem to tech support and they are working to get that corrected. No date on when that is going to be done."
My next question for them was whether we would be notified when the problem was corrected, or should we just keep trying until we failed the login enough times to get locked out. The answer to that was:
"To be honest with you, I don’t know yet."
So this seems to be another IT "enhancement" that will presumably be corrected eventually. FWIW, the employee travel people have been great about responding - or maybe I should say person, since the two problems I've had since retirement have been addressed by the same person.
