Not bragging but when he started Al Blackman already had 22 years under his belt. Al celebrates his 70th anniversary July 17.

Sad that this business and generally speaking most individual's poorly structured retirement exit plans won't allow them to retire early and enjoy.

Most people retire and after a few short years can't even remember where they worked all those years.
