Two Different Durations

As I scan through the restructuring agreement data, I find conflicting information once again.

There are two different documents that contain TWO DIFFERENT duration of agreement and early opener dates.


HERE IS DOCUMENT ONE THEY WE HAVE ALL SEEN BEFORE.
This one show amendable date of April 30th, 2008 with an early opener of April 30th, 2006.

And this one shows an Amendable Date of December 31st, 2008 with an early opener Jan 1st, 2007.

I would think the second letter was voided by the first letter posted because of the date, then again only the second letter was voted on and under Little Jim's letter to James Klopp all LOA's affecting the CBA must be voted on by the membership. 🙁 🙁
